Hindrek has completed his doctoral studies in medical sciences at the University of Tartu, focusing on bioinformatics. Hindrek is the developer  and programmer of NIPTIFY data analysis software. As a bioinformatician, he has created an analysis package that processes DNA data in the computer server and ensures reliable NIPTIFY test results.
